Skipper Noel West started his fishing career as a deckie on North Sea trawlers working out of Lowestoft on the east coast. He holds an RYA Yachtmaster qualification both in sail and motor, endorsed for commercial operation. Boats and fishing are his hobby and working life, both of which he enjoys immensely.
